Our Process

Your detailed floor plans and drawings and elevation plans are submitted to us for detailed steel framing design
Our design is presented to you for review and a preliminary costing is supplied
We do an editing process where changes are needed (if necessary)
Upon your acceptance, we get a structural engineer involved (you may use your engineer of choice). This process involves a cost implication.
Upon your final acceptance we require a substantial deposit to secure your steel purchase for the entire steel structure.
Manufacturing only commences once the deposit is secured.
Timespan from securing deposit to production completion is normally 2 to 4 weeks.
The balance of the total steel frame structure costs are due once manufacturing is completed
Delivery to your site will take place immediately thereafter.
